Presented at the 19th Osaka University Joint Research Course Symposium
On Friday, October 31, 2025, at the Osaka University Nakanoshima Center, the 19th Osaka University Joint Research Course Symposium was held under the theme “Living in the Region, Reaching the World — The Origins of Osaka University and the Diversity of Collaboration.” Professor Atsuo Maki, concurrent faculty member of the Advanced Maritime System Design Joint Research Course (OCEANS) at the Graduate School of Engineering, delivered a talk titled “Industry-wide initiatives by the maritime cluster toward innovation in the era of Generative AI,” and also joined a panel discussion on the symposium’s overarching theme.
