Mobile Operation:

• Monitor the TDMA link for one minute.

• Select NSS.

• Select first NTS.

• Select next NS and NTS.

• Transmit ITDMA position reports during first frame. Set Keep flag.

• During second frame and on, transmit SOTDMA position reports.

• Operate Autonomous and Continuous until receiving assignment by base station.
